remove on street recycing bins to reduce flytipping

The on-street recycing bins are inadequate and just act as a magnet for flytipping.  They should be replaced with blue bins in back courts instead.  This will save money spent on repeated visits to the recycing bins by the flytipping squads.

Why the contribution is important

It will save money from the LES biudget

I totally agree with this. The bins near us are also used for fly-tipping. Many people have blue bins for recycling in their back courts but there is know where to put old clothing and bottles without a trip to the cleansing department with the stuff in the boot of your car.

So there would have to be an alternative. A lot of supermarkets offer bottles, cardboard and clothing re-cycling on their car park space which is useful. so maybe just remove the bins from under bridges and street corners?
