Ratings on these ideas does not go 1 to 5 stars
I think it would help if the rating system on this budget conversation went from 1 to 5 stars. I have never seen a system which only allows ratings to start at 2.5 and go UPwards.
Not really a fair system for voting.
Why the contribution is important
To make the votes fair.
